About WSNBL
The Woman Survival® National Baseball League (WSNBL) is a national initiative created to expand access, opportunity, and structured athletic development for women and girls through baseball.
WSNBL exists to address the longstanding lack of equitable pathways for female athletes in baseball by providing organized league play, development opportunities, and leadership support within a nationally aligned framework.
Our mission is to ensure that women and girls who want to compete, train, and lead in baseball have a legitimate platform to do so—without barriers, exclusion, or limited opportunity.
Our Purpose
WSNBL was established to:
- Create structured baseball opportunities for women and girls
- Support athletic development, leadership, and discipline
- Promote equity and visibility for women in baseball
- Build a national pipeline from youth participation to adult league play
Baseball has historically lacked consistent, organized pathways for female athletes. WSNBL was created to change that—intentionally and nationally.
