Woman Survival® provides tuition-free workforce pathway opportunities for women seeking healthcare career preparation, workforce readiness, and certification support through participating educational partners.
Program Overview
All classes are conducted online.
Hands-on skills training opportunities may be available at the end of the program through participating skills providers and externship partners depending on pathway availability and location.
Participants should prepare for a minimum of approximately 20 hours per week of study time and coursework participation.
How The Program Works
STEP 1 — Apply
Submit your $99 non-refundable application and workforce readiness enrollment fee.
This helps ensure serious participation and supports:

STEP 2 — Intake & Acceptance Call
Accepted applicants receive an intake and career pathway call within approximately 72 hours.
During the intake call we review:
- Career Interests
- Readiness
- Scheduling
- Expectations
- Pathway Selection
STEP 3 — Portal Access & Class Scheduling
Accepted participants receive access to the Woman Survival® online learning portal.

National Certification Preparation
Participants may prepare for nationally recognized healthcare certification opportunities through participating educational partners and workforce pathway preparation programs.
Certification eligibility requirements may vary depending on pathway selection, clinical requirements, employer expectations, and certifying organization policies.
Healthcare certifications prepared for through participating partners are recognized by employers nationwide.
