Program Structure & Affiliation
The Woman Survival® Surgical Technology Program is delivered in partnership with an affiliated training school that provides the formal instructional framework and certification alignment. Woman Survival® serves as the program sponsor and student support organization, offering tuition-free access, readiness preparation, and workforce guidance.
This partnership model allows students to receive quality surgical technology education while maintaining accessibility and affordability.
What Makes This Program Different
Unlike traditional surgical technology programs that take 12–24 months and cost $15,000–$30,000, this 12-week accelerated program offers 100% free tuition and focuses on real-world operating room readiness, professional discipline, and certification standards.
Students complete a structured combination of:
- Live online instruction (weekly Zoom sessions)
- Guided self-study
- Surgical theory, sterile technique, and OR workflow preparation
- Certification-aligned exam preparation
This program is rigorous and intended for students who are serious about meeting professional surgical standards.
Certification Requirement
Students are prepared to pursue NCCT Surgical Technology Certification upon completion of the educational phase.
⚠️ Clinical Case Requirement
Prior to certification eligibility, students are required to complete 140 documented surgical cases in an approved clinical setting. This is a mandatory certification requirement and must be completed in accordance with NCCT standards.
Woman Survival® and its affiliate partners do not waive or alter certification requirements.
Nationally Recognized Certification Body
This program aligns with standards issued by:
- NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing)
NCCT certification is nationally recognized and commonly required for employment in hospital and surgical center environments.
Program Outcomes
By the end of the program, students will:
- Understand operating room protocols and sterile technique

- Meet educational requirements toward NCCT certification eligibility
