Tuition-Free Workforce Pathway Designed To Prepare Women For Entry-Level Phlebotomy Opportunities & National Certification Preparation

Program Structure & Affiliation

The Woman Survival® Phlebotomy Technician Program is delivered in partnership with affiliated educational providers that support instructional structure and certification preparation alignment.

Woman Survival® serves as the workforce pathway sponsor and student support organization, offering tuition-free access, readiness preparation, workforce guidance, and career pathway support.

This pathway allows women nationwide to prepare for healthcare opportunities while maintaining affordability and accessibility.

Live Online Class Schedule

Students may attend one of the following live online class options:

Daytime Schedule

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Evening Schedule

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Class access is limited to scheduled class times only. Access will be denied outside of approved class hours.

Participants should prepare for approximately 20 hours per week of study time and coursework participation.

What Students Learn

Students receive educational preparation in foundational phlebotomy concepts and workforce readiness skills aligned with entry-level healthcare expectations.

Venipuncture Fundamentals

Blood collection procedures, patient interaction, and specimen handling preparation.

Infection Control

Safety procedures, PPE usage, OSHA awareness, and contamination prevention.

Specimen Processing

Labeling, transportation procedures, and laboratory workflow concepts.

Workforce Readiness

Professionalism, communication skills, healthcare expectations, and career preparation.

National Certification Preparation

This pathway may prepare students for certification opportunities through nationally recognized organizations such as:

  • NHA — National Healthcareer Association
  • NHCWA — National Health Care Workers Association
  • NHWCA — National Healthcare Workers Certification Association

Certification eligibility, examination approval, and employment requirements are determined solely by the applicable certifying organization and employer requirements.
