About the Woman Survival® Program
Our Purpose
The Woman Survival® program exists to help women move from survival to stability — and into meaningful workforce opportunities — without the financial barriers that prevent so many from accessing education and training.
Many women are capable, motivated, and ready to work, yet are blocked by high tuition costs, lack of support, or programs that do not address real-life challenges. Woman Survival® was created to remove those barriers and provide a clear, structured pathway into the workforce.
Our mission is simple:
prepare women to succeed, not just enroll them.
What the Program Is
Woman Survival® is a structured, multi-phase workforce readiness and career pathway program designed to support women before, during, and after training.
The program combines:
- Readiness and confidence-building
- Career clarity and job preparation
- Industry-aligned training through affiliate schools
- Ongoing support during workforce transition
All instruction is delivered online, allowing women to participate regardless of location (state eligibility applies).
How the Program Works
The program follows the Woman Survival® Six-Step Readiness & Career Framework, which prepares women for long-term success — not just short-term completion.
- Reset & Readiness – Building stability, consistency, and confidence
- Career Clarity – Identifying realistic career paths and transferable skills
- Job Readiness – Preparing for workplace expectations and accountability
- Training & Credentialing – Industry-aligned education through affiliate schools
- Placement & Stability – Supporting the transition into employment
- Sustain & Scale – Helping women remain stable and grow professionally
This framework ensures women are prepared emotionally, mentally, and professionally before entering the workforce.
How We Get Women Into the Workforce
Woman Survival® focuses on high-demand, entry- and mid-level career pathways that offer real employment opportunities, including healthcare and allied health roles.
