Free Medical Assistant Program

Medical Assistant Program — 8 Weeks

Program Structure & Affiliation

The Woman Survival® Medical Assistant Program is delivered in partnership with an affiliated training school that provides the formal instructional framework and certification alignment. Woman Survival® serves as the program sponsor and student support organization, offering tuition-free access, readiness preparation, and workforce guidance.

This partnership model allows students to receive quality healthcare training while maintaining accessibility and affordability.

What Makes This Program Different

Unlike traditional Medical Assistant programs that take 9–12 months and cost $10,000–$30,000, this 8-week accelerated program offers 100% free tuition and prepares students to enter healthcare with multiple in-demand clinical skills, not just a single role.

Students complete a structured combination of:

  • Live online instruction (weekly Zoom sessions)
  • Guided self-study
  • Skills-based learning aligned with certification standards
  • Workforce readiness and professional development

This program is designed for students who want to enter healthcare quickly with real, employable credentials.

Credentials Earned (3-in-1 Training Pathway)

Students in the Medical Assistant program complete training aligned with three nationally recognized healthcare credentials, increasing flexibility and employability across clinical settings:

  1. Phlebotomy Technician Certification
  2. Electrocardiogram (EKG) Technician Certification
  3. Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certification

These credentials prepare graduates to work in:

  • Hospitals
  • Clinics and physician offices
  • Diagnostic laboratories
  • Urgent care centers
  • Long-term care facilities

Nationally Recognized Certification Bodies

This program aligns with certification standards issued through:

  • NHA (National Healthcareer Association)
  • NHCWCA / NHWCA (National Healthcare Workers Certification Association)

Certifications issued through these bodies are widely recognized by employers across the United States.

Program Outcomes

By the end of the 8-week program, students will:

  • Be trained in multiple clinical skill areas
  • Hold nationally recognized healthcare credentials
  • Be prepared for entry-level healthcare employment
  • Have expanded job opportunities compared to single-credential programs

This program is designed to help women enter healthcare faster, with confidence, competence, and real credentials.
